The W1 London is a Marylebone-based property development consisting of penthouses, townhouses and apartments. Initially to replace an office building once inhabited by the BBC, the W1 project portrays a 30s inspired aesthetic across the exterior using Modular Clay Products' First Quality Multi brick.
Produced using a clamp fired kiln, the First Quality is a supreme quality brick with a vibrant finish, emanating a deep blend of orange and red. From a distance, it complements the traditional exterior of the W1 in amongst the 1930s themed façade going across the high street.
